Cold Comfort Farm

Quick, funny and a total delight!
I am still laughing twelve hours after watching this film.
Stella Gibbons 1933, satire is a funny tale.
I think I would enjoy her book.
I enjoyed the movie.

I missed this film when it was in the theatres.
Our daughter recommended it. I am so glad she did.
My husband and I watched together and laughed together.

Dear Sherry,

I have not seen this one, but wondered about it.

IMDB gives it a 7.3 rating, which is pretty good.

Looks like this one was made for TV. I'm glad they got around to putting on Dvd. I'd like to see this one.

Thank you for sharing this!

Dear Sprite,
My husband and I did laugh!
I needed a break from dramas too.
Funny satire...
My husband recognized a few, very funny lines. He later learned this is a remake. The original Cold Comfort Farm movie was made in
1971.
Hope you enjoy it.

This was a "tongue in check" movie and I laughed many times. I bet the book is funny too.
Hope you enjoy it.
