I was spell bound.
Not a happy movie but a story that needed to be told.

Recently I have caught a few movies on TV. One was "Stranger Than Fiction." I had forgotten what an interesting movie it was. Also, just happened to catch "The Holiday," last night or the night before. It always makes me smile.

I enjoyed Stranger Than Fiction when I saw it. Sometimes a tv movie catches me and I end up watching.
I am excited about Secret Lives of Bees being made into a movie. I loved the book. I love bees!

Over the weekend, I caught an interesting movie
"Iris." It was a true story about the novelist Iris Murdoch. While very sobering, I found it to be a very fine work of art. Dame Judy Dench and Kate Winslet played the part (aged and youth).
If you have seen it, I wonder what you thought of it?

PS~ I still need to read "The Secret Lives of Bees." It was given to me a few years ago, and I must have shelved it and forgot.
